This page explains what data is processed when you use Entre Deux Dates, by whom and why.

Who is responsible

VOTRE NOM, who runs the website, is the data controller and can be contacted at VOTRE-EMAIL@exemple.fr.

Your calculations stay on your device

The dates you enter are processed by your browser and are neither sent to the website nor stored. The website itself only saves your choice of light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage, if you use the theme button. This setting is not used for tracking.

Advertising: Google AdSense

This website shows ads from Google AdSense, which pay for it to run.

If you refuse advertising cookies, you may see non-personalised or limited ads, which are not based on your browsing. The list of advertising partners is available in the consent message.

Audience measurement: Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how it is used: pages viewed, length of visit, type of device, approximate country or region and where the visit came from. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. The statistics are only used to improve the website.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set with your consent. They last no more than 13 months, and the data is kept for no more than 14 months.

Your consent

On your first visit, a consent message lets you accept or refuse advertising and analytics cookies, or choose purpose by purpose. The message is provided by Google, a certified consent management platform integrated with IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd in Cyprus (European Union). Like any web server, it records visitors’ IP addresses and the pages requested in its technical logs, for security and operational reasons.

International transfers

Google LLC is based in the United States. Transfers of data to this company rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and, for the United Kingdom, on the UK Extension to that framework, or on standard contractual clauses.

Emails

If you write to the website, your address and message are kept for as long as needed to reply, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to VOTRE-EMAIL@exemple.fr. For data processed by Google, you can also use the tools in your Google Account. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or, in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
